 We conduct online training on a weekly basis. Depending on your skill level, select the appropriate course for you. On the date of the course, dial the conference bridge and wait for the Meeting Coordinator to announce himself. Typical training is 45 minutes with 15 minutes for questions and answers.

Follow instructions for logging into voice conference bridge by dialing phone number above and entering access code followed by # key. AVSnap Meeting Coordinator will typically log in exactly at the designated time.
Make sure to download the latest version of the AVSnap software before signing up for the training. Before calling the conference number, start AVSnap and select View -> Join Meeting. Wait for the Meeting Coordinator to give you the session number. For better performance we recommend that you close all other programs and only have AVSnap available during the training.
All training sessions close 5 minutes after the hour.
During the training, speaker phone usage is not allowed. Since a speaker phone is voice activated, the communication beetween all involved during training becomes very diffcult. Once the Meeting Coordinator arrives, please pick up the phone and turn off speaker phone. |
